The Ask

The Work

  • Solid Ratio came aboard in an advisory role for the integration of Hero Bread’s ERP (NetSuite) with the platforms selling the product.
  • Within two weeks, Solid Ratio took on all accounting work, seamlessly becoming a day-to-day financial partner. 
  • We built cash-flow models, provided rolling forecasts, handled month-end close, and developed processes for invoice management and approval. 
  • As Hero Bread launched new products and direct-to-consumer sites, we scaled together with Solid Ratio advising on the direction of technology and integrations.
  • Solid Ratio assisted in selecting a new 3PL, instituting processes that met all inventory, tax, and accounting needs.
